Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model, actress and TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist was awarded numerous awards throughout her career. The most notable are two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. She was also nominated two times for Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis was a part of a variety of television programs, such as Hiram Kuba, Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). The role she played was Dyesebel, the Komiks icon in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She was also the host of It's Showtime, a noontime variety program (2009-2020). Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia as well as James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer born July 25, 1970in Yarrawonga. Her father was married to Ojales when she was a teenager in the year 1982. Jasmine's younger sister is an actor, is her father. On their father's side they shared a half-sister whose name was Clare who passed away in the year 2007 from a heart disease at four months old.
