Jennifer Tilly is a Los Angeles native, born in poor conditions in September 16th the year 1958. Her mother was an unsuccessful schoolteacher and actor, made a living selling automobiles while her father was an auto salesman. Jennifer was the second child in a four-child family, was often at her mother's performance in the theater and was awestruck. Jennifer's parents divorced when she was 5 years old. Jennifer was raised within British Columbia by her mother, who moved with her four siblings. Jennifer was never the studious sort, despite the fact that she was quite artistic as a child. When she was in Canada, she was the subject of bullying frequently. Theater was her first passion, but it diminished during the time she was in high school, and as a result she took part in theater by herself with the assistance of her mother.
